We are currently seeking an LF Production Worker to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Welshpool. These positions offer competitive pay rates, a supportive team environment, and ongoing development opportunities.

About the Role

You will be working across various production and manufacturing areas, with the majority of positions based on the Boardline.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Operating and monitoring production machinery
  • Using a counterbalance forklift to transport and store finished Gyprock board products
  • Working within the laminating line, including trimming excess laminate from Gyprock board (full training provided)
  • Supporting the cornice production line by handling and stacking finished products
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Following quality and safety procedures at all times

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • A current LF Forklift Licence (entry-level operators encouraged to apply)
  • Availability to work rotating day and night shifts
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Positive attitude and ability to work within a team environment
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or similar industries is highly regarded but not essential

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster with both:

  • Day Shift: 6:00am to 6:00pm
  • Night Shift: 6:00pm to 6:00am

Roster rotation occurs across a 4-week cycle, including weekdays and weekends.

Candidates must be available to work both day and night shifts.

Pay Rates

  • Day Shift: $42.95 per hour
  • Night Shift: $49.82 per hour
  • Saturday: $60.13 per hour
  • Sunday: $77.31 per hour
